Store Policy

ALL JEWELRY SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our jewelry products, we cannot accept returns. 

ALL CLOTHING SALES ARE FINAL. Unless an item is received damaged (stained/ripped/ruined) we will not accept returns. Hella Classic is a small business that carries limited quantities and stock of each piece. Please check all size charts and product information before ordering. Credits are available for goods damaged when the customer received them. If you receive damaged goods please contact us at HellaClassicCS@gmaill.com within 5 days of receiving your package. Hella Classic will determine if a credit/refund will be issues by our store or if you need to take a claim out with the Post Office.

Order Processing

Order processing, the time from which an order is received to when it is dropped off at the post office is 10 business days (Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm EST). This allows for payments to clear as well as the process for orders being prepared. Please keep in mind Hella Classic currently employees only 1 person.

There may be instances when order processing can take longer. We will be in touch regarding a delay or issue with an order. If you have questions or concerns on an order please contact us via email at HellaClassicCS@gmail.com.

Shipping Information

Once packages are dropped off to the Post Office Hella Classic is no longer responsible for the package. We can and will provide tracking but you will need to follow up with the post office.
